The Delta Vistalys HD allows the user to graduate the sorting according to the objective he wants to achieve and the initial quality of the manual harvest destemmed or machine by playing on parameters of color and shape adjustment of the objects.
With Bucher Vaslin optical sorting, the user can choose to preserve only healthy berries by eliminating foreign bodies, plants, and immature berries, or let crushed berries clinging to a piece of stalk pass through.
Flow rate according to grape variety and conditions of use:
• Delta HD Vistalys: up to 10 t/h
The belt sorting table enables grapes transfer downstream the reception line.
Objectives of the belt table :
• spread out grapes to make the manual sorting easier
• steadily feed up equipment upstream the reception line (destemmer, crusher, pump...).
Dimensions:
W: 800 mm
L: 3.5 m = 6 sorters / 4.5 m = 8 sorters / 5.5 m = 10 sorters / 6.5 m = 12 sorters
The Delta TRV line of vibrating sorting tables ensure a homogeneous distribution of the grapes on the table and makes easier the sorters’ work.
Vibrating tables are used to:
• spread grapes and make easier sorting
• separate free run juice from vegetal fragments
• supply regularly the reception line (destemmer, pump, crusher, ...)

Delta TRV 25: 4 sorters - L 2.25 m x W 1.32 m x H 1.36 m
Delta TRV 35: 6 sorters : L 3.50 m x W 0.93 m x H 0.97 m
This sorting table separates either machine-harvested or hand-picked grapes from floating MOG such as leaves, bits of stems, stalks but also bugs, unripe berries, pips, skins, dry and shot berries… by means of a permanent evacuation device.
Flow rate: up to 4 T/h according to desired level of separation.

Delta Rflow is a mechanical sorting table with a high flow rate. It enables to remove MOG as leaves, bits of stems, petioles and also pips, skins, raisins, shot berries …
Flow rate depending on the variety of vine and conditions of use: 15 T/h
The Delta Trio range is used to sort destemmed harvest, manual or machine. Delta Trio effectively removes plant debris such as leaves, pieces of stalks, petioles, and seeds.
Flow rate according to grape varieties and conditions of use: from 6 to 25 T/h.
