About Our Destemmers & Crushers

Reception equipment, built for gentle handling.

Reception is where winemaking begins. Grapes arrive at the cellar, separate from stems, and head into sorting, pressing, or fermentation. The Bucher Vaslin Delta range gives you control at this stage with destemmers and crushers built to preserve berry integrity, minimize oxidation, and handle every scale from artisan lots to 100 tons per hour.
