About Our Filtration

Clarify, stabilize, and recover.

Filtration is used after fermentation, during cellar preparation, before bottling, and for lees or tank-bottom recovery. Crossflow filtration helps wineries obtain clear, stable wine with fewer consumables and less handling than traditional filtration, while reverse osmosis enables targeted must and wine corrections where permitted. We offer Flavy filtration systems for wine, lees, retentate, sludge, and process streams across a wide range of winery sizes.
