About Our Presses

Where juice quality is decided.

Pressing is a critical stage where juice yield, phenolic extraction, oxidation exposure, and solids level are all decided. A quality press extracts the best juice with controlled pressure, limited crumbling, fast drainage, and easy cleaning between lots. We offer Bucher XPro, XPert, XPlus, Origin, and JLB press solutions for wineries from small-lot producers to high-capacity operations.
