Tan&Sense® Volume is a high quality ellagitannin used to increase wines’ volume, improve the aromatic length, and reinforce the structure of white, rosé and red wines. It gives freshness and cleans reductive notes.
Tan&Sense® Volume can be used to regulate the redox potential of barrel aged wines, to increase anti-oxidant resistance of the wine and as anti-oxidant (radical scavenger) during wine movement.
This product is allowed for a use in Organic and NOP according to the current regulations.
Dosage: 1-5 g/hL
Application: during maturation and pre-bottling, reds, roses, whites, sparkling.
