Softan® Vinification is a unique preparation that associates grape tannins to plant polysaccharides. The tannins, rich in catechins have a low amount of ferulic or paracoumaric phenolic acids (precursors of ethyl phenols). The polysaccharides promote colloïdal and color stability.

Softan® Vinification helps to create more stable bonds with anthocyanins to stabilize the color through its molecular structure.

This product is allowed for a use in Organic and NOP according to the current regulations.

Dosage: 150-200 g/ton
