Delta RV / RVE Trailer
Delta RV and RVE distribute the harvest evenly with no trituration. The free juice is drained with removable drains and small tanks on the side with inspection hatches. This means that the free juices are collected and maceration is limited.
All of the components in contact with the harvest and the juice comply with the applicable regulations in force for materials in contact with food.

The vibrating plate hopper enables reception of hand-picked or mechanically harvested grapes, efficient draining of juices and even grapes distribution by vibration without grinding.

Elevator Delta ELVTR & TRE
The mobile belt elevator enables to feed presses, destemmers, sorting tables, maceration tanks… with fresh grapes, to feed presses with macerated grapes and to evacuate stems and dried pomace.
Exposed framework in stainless steel 304 L – folded sheet thickness 20/10 – sand-blasted, giving way to below belt.
Belt with curved brackets width 300 mm depending on material to be transferred.

Cleaning and discharge opening
Delivered with 1 hopper to choose between the following (reception hopper under E2 destemmer, reception hopper under tank door (height : 360 mm), reception hopper at the end of sorting table)
Possible length : from 2.5 m to 8 m.
