Softan® Sweetness helps to stabilize color and contributes to a light, delicate and soft structure, balancing the wine and increasing its complexity. It also is a great tool to manage and stabilize redox potential during ageing.
Softan® Sweetness is recommended for all types of wines. For top quality wines, it supports the wine’s quality and highlights its freshness and roundness. For mid-range wines, it adds complexity and significantly improves the structure and the aromas.
This product is allowed for a use in Organic and NOP according to the current regulations.
Dosage: 5-30 g/hL
Application: During maturation, reds, roses and whites.
